Hi Heenal. Normally people with diploma in architecture would go to B.Arch course or a civil engineering course. This saves one year from a professional course. An Interior designing degree course may not give you that kind of liberty. But if you still want to go ahead and do Interior designing any good college would accept you based on your performance in their entrance tests.

    Hi Heenal,
The first option you have is B.Arch
For this you have to take entrance examination. Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad offers the course.
Lateral entry into engineering courses. After diploma you can take entrance examination and get into second year of BE/ B.Tech programmes. You can opt for civil engineering or any other branch you are interested in.
The second option is to take Section 'A' and Section 'B' examinations given by the Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE). The degree is treated on par with BE/ B.Tech programmes. The eligibility criterion is threeyear polytechnic diploma
