Hi Rakshith,
As per the eligibility criteria, the minimum requirement is a bachelor degree from a recognized University, but with a Diploma, you would not be eligible to write the exam.

You need to be a graduate for Civil Services. If your diploma is equivalent to a graduate degree you can certainly apply.
