I have completed my Diploma from Odisha. Can I do my B.Tech in West Bengal as lateral entry?

You can do B Tech from any University in lateral entry mode. However, for a Diploma pass student, doing AMIE is the best option, if he is not willing to sacrifice his present job. Please follow this link: http://www.amiestudycircle.com/amie-prospectus-admission.html
