I have completed my Diploma. How can I enter a B.Tech college?

First, find out the Institute where you want to go apply for that institute by lateral entry. You have done your diploma so you directly get admission into second year of B. Tech. -
Two options :
Either appear for entrance examinations and join 1st year of engineering or,
Search for colleges which provides lateral entry directly in second year
