I have completed my Diploma in computer science and I want to do engineering. Can I get a lateral entry for information science?

Yes, lateral entry is given to those who have completed their Diploma courses in various fields. After then those students are eligible to do B.Tech with the same field who can get admission in 2nd year for B.Tech. Diploma holders should fulfill the admission criteria as per the university rules.
