You may get admission via lateral entry for BCA.
BCA: Lateral Entry
Certain institutes allow lateral entry to candidates in the second year of the programme. For lateral entry, a student must have passed 10+2 and have done a computer course of minimum 6 months duration. Students with a three-year

Thank you. I have done my Diploma directly after my SSLC, so it is not mandatory to do PUC. Now, can I join BCA?

BCA is the graduation degree of Bachelor's computer applications, and for that you need to pursue 10+ 2 with minimum of 50% in your PUC. So, I think you are not eligible.
