I have completed my Diploma in E&TC with 74% marks. Can I get admission in aeronautical engineering?

Hello Ravi,
Your marks rule you out of IIT. So, you can seek lateral admission directly in the 2nd year. Please check the table of eligibility for branch in engineering vis-a-vis branch of Diploma on the webpage of DTE of Tech Edu of your state.
