I have completed my diploma in electronic engg with 81.42 agg and b.e in electronics and telecom with 60 %agg.is my profile good.for ms in us.i had done my diploma so i was directly admitted in 2nd yr engg.so my engg would be of 3 yr.so what about the first yr.%which marks are considered for f.y
