I have completed my Diploma in IT. Can I get direct second year admission in Singapore or USA?

Hi Dhruvil, This will depend on the university and your previous Diploma. They will check if you have met the credit point requirements and will accordingly decide. You must email your academic profile to some colleges abroad for this.
