I have completed my Diploma in mechatronics in the year 2016. Shall I go for regular B.Tech or AMIE after my Diploma?

After Diploma, I went for a job through campus recruitment. There, I worked for 1 year and left the job. Now, shall I go for regular degree or shall I prefer another job and simultaneously AMIE?
