I have completed my electrical engineering with 57% marks. Am I eligible to pursue Masters in Australia?

The minimum cut-off currently is 55% and 6.5 overall in IELTS with no band less than 6. However, the choices of universities will be very less as most do not accept less than 65 to 60% and if you have had backlogs, then the chances are even less.
