DEAR cHANDAN, THERE ARE SOME UNIVERSITY WHICH WILL give DEGREE, i am not going to tell directly to take admission ,but if you having not a better option then u can go these university, 1.Delhi Degree College, Delhi 2.Bharti Vidyapeeths College of Engineering 3.Bharti Vidyapeeths College of Engineer
