    It actually depends on what you want to do, because you will have good scope after civil engineering itself and any Master's degree after that will boost your chances of getting a good job.

    The answer to your question actually depends on your area of interest like whether you want to have job based on Civil engineering or you want to pursue higher education like MBA or MTech or MS or any other. Further in which specialization you are inclined to, so this requires you to first clarify your Goals and objectives and accordingly move further.
