    Hi Abhishek,
    The answer to this question depends on your current status, whether you are still in college with no interest in core job, engineer in a non-technical job or an instrumentation engineer with an engineering job.
    In the first two cases, instrumentation term has no relevance because then your question again becomes Why MBA after engineering which has already numerous answers and discussion forums.

    This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you want to pursue a career in sales & Marketing, then pursue MBA in Marketing, and if you intend to work on the shop floor, then specialization in Operations would be better. If finance & HR interests you, then you could also look at the said areas as specialization.
