I have completed my engineering now want to go for MBA in human resource. Is it a good decision for seccessfull carrer

I think it is not a good decision unless you are very edger to do the same. As you spend your four year in engineering and learn lot of things in it however HR is totally new for you. So you may think on it.

Everyone want good package but very few get good package. As you choose HR after B.Tech which is not a bad decision , what you need is that to improve your skills. Search and enlist the key skills related to HR job and improve it one by one. Participate in workshops/seminars on soft skills, personal
