I have completed my full time PGDM, HR in 2014. I have been working into Recruitments. what course I can pursue now for more efficiency.

I have been working into recruitment but now I want to move HR Operations or Admin or Generalist profile. What course can I pursue so that I can get a good pay and move into a reputed MNC.

    Hi, with a Human Resource course, you are already very well equipped to make a career in HR in the corporate sector. It is best to work for 2-3 years before considering an additional course. Some work experience will add a lot of value to your resume and make you clearer about your own interests and skills so that you can take a more informed decision about your further studies. If your aim is to build a great corporate career, work experience will be more useful than an additional course right after your PG level HR course.
