I have completed my graduation and on to associate level from insurance institute of India.where can i a internship for the same and how?

I want to intern in back office jobs in life insurance companies or in banks till my course from insurance institute of India gets over.How do i approach them? I have done my graduation from college of vocational studies in management and marketing of insurance. please help and specify the details.
