I have completed my graduation in English honors with 49%. Can I get admission in any of the mass comm. colleges abroad?

49% marks will make it very difficult for you to get admission in any recognised university abroad unless you have anything extraordinary in your profile like national level games, music and arts etc. Less popular options like Ukraine, Czech Republic may accept but there is no surety and no guarante
