I have completed my graduation with 65% but my CMAT score is only 40 percentile, is there any chance for me to get into this college?

Yes Ofcourse you can apply for admission over their as it is all about learning and IPS works on that direction only and they wont be having any issues with your CMAT score you can contact the faculty and they will give you the best guidence they could. You have got first class both in 12th and graduation, certainly you have good chance to get admission in IPS BUSINESS SCHOOL. Though you must prepare yourself for hardwork and sincerity since from day one you will have to ensure working with corporate and also have to manage your academics.
