I have completed my graduation with 65% but my CMAT score is only 40 percentile, is there any chance for me to get into this college?

40 percentile in CMAT, 75% in 12th and 65% in graduation.

Yes Ofcourse you can apply for admission over their as it is all about learning and IPS works on that direction only and they wont be having any issues with your CMAT score you can contact the faculty and they will give you the best guidence they could.
