I have completed my graduation with 72% but no work experience. Am I eligible for getting admission in any college offering HR?

Yes, without work experience also, you can get admission in any B-School for any course. The only requirement for pursuing MBA is graduation with at least 50% marks and from a recognized university. Also, you should have cleared the entrance exam whichever is considered, but a particular college or university.
