I have completed my graduation with a 1-year gap between 2nd and 3rd year of graduation. Am I eligible for CAT?

I have taken a gap year after my 2nd year BSc in 2023-24. Can I continue my 3rd year in 2024-25? If so, am I eligible for the CAT exam?
