I have completed my H. S. C. and. S. C from other state but I am citizen of Maharashtra and have domicile Certificate of Maharashtra.

I have completed my H.S.C.and .S.S.C from other state but I am citizen of Maharashtra and have domicile certificate of Maharashtra.am I eligible for State councelling.as I belong to general category have scored 228 I.e.66 percentile in Neet current year.please ans my question ruheenakhan77@gmail.com
