I have completed my HSC in 2014 (76%). Can I apply to study in Canada without IELTS?

As per the protocol, it is mandatory to go for IELTS to study in Canada, you cannot skip this. -
Without IELTS, you cannot apply in Canada. You have to prove that what you were doing when you were studying. -
I don't know much about undergraduate programs, but in Masters programs in Canada there are some universities which permit you study without IELTS. But my suggestion is to do IELTS which gives you chances of getting better university in canada.
