Hi Safiya, Fashion design is the most important area of work in fashion industry. Fashion industry has become so specialized that it encompasses a vast field of studies in design, concept management, design production management, quality control, planning, fabric design, printing and so on.

NIFT is good option. MIT Institute of Design is also offering a fashion design course in collaboration with UCA, UK
