    If you have studied for Motor Mechanic course, why you want to study in foreign countries? It requires lots of money to study for Diploma, etc.
    However, you can immigrate to any of the countries as indicated by you and find a job. To immigrate, it costs lots of money and if you fail to get a job then you will be in trouble. To immigrate, your Motor Mechanic course has to be recognised equivalent to that of the foreign country certificate.

    You can go for engineering in Canada. But before you do that you will need to take English proficiency exams like IELTS or TOEFL. You need to work on your English skills before you start thinking about going to Canada.
