I have completed my LLB in 2001. Am I eligible for AIBE?

    You can give AIBE only if you have registered yourself in any State Bar Council. Registering yourself in any one State Bar Council is the most important criteria in order to give AIBE.

    Eligibility for AIBE
    Qualifying Exam:Candidate should possess the full time LL.B. Degree from any institution from any state which is recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Minimum Marks:There are no minimum marks criteria in the qualifying examination. Attempts:Candidates can appear as many times as it requires. There is no restriction on numbers of attempts. All candidates those completed their Bachelors degree in LL.B. After 1st July 2011 onwards are eligible to apply irrespective of their enrollment for more than two years as an advocate on a State Bar Council.
