You need to have a bachelor's degree (3-year course) or equivalent with minimum 50% & above marks in any discipline recognised by any Indian University / AICTE as eligible for post-graduate studies. You can pursue MBA in Human Resources. HR is one of the trickiest jobs in the corporate world. From
