Hi, After M.Phil, you can go ahead with PhD in order to settle as a Research. Teaching is another good option- you may write UGC NET exam. Once cleared, you can apply for the post of lecturer. Besides, you can look for jobs on M.Phil basis- Some Employment Areas: - Law Firms Marketing Research
