I have completed my m.com with 49 percent eligible for b.ed I m having obc

As per the current norms prescribed by NCTE. You must have minimum 50% in your graduate degree from any recognized Indian University. In case of reserved quota the eligibility criteria is 45% minimum. To get admission in B ED general category candidate must have 45% in graduation ( B A/B SC/ B COM) or 45% in post graduation ( M A/ M SC/ M COM) and SC/ST candidate must have 45% in graduation or in post graduation. So if you don't have 50 % in graduation then you should do Post graduation with 45%. Then you will have sufficient qualification to get admission in B ED. If you want to do B Ed on the basis of less than 45% , you can do B ED from a college, situated in JAMMU AND KASHMIR because JAMMU AND KASHMIR does not falls under jurisdiction of NCTE. So colleges don't follow the rules of NCTE and give admission to a candidate who doesn't have 45% in graduation. So, yes you are eligible.
