Job is regarding drug safety associate, and they are providing the H1B visa

If they are saying that they will apply your H-1B this year, then it's fake because quota was filled in the 1st week of April 2013. They can file your H-1B for next year - 2014 quota. Make sure you don;t pay them any money as it's illegal for any employer to ask H-1B sponsorship money from the appli
