i have completed my m.pharm in 2011 , n now i am planning of doing my doctorate (phd ) from abroad and that completely on scholarship basis.

i ahve completed my m.pharm and i aim of doing my phd from abroad . i wish that this course period should either be scholarship supported or a job supported , but i have no idea about this , i want to know about the best country where i could start my doctoral studies along with the finanacial help?
