UGC NET exam is conducted in 81 subjects. Candidates can apply for the UGC NET exam with their post graduation subject or related to that. Yes, you are eligible to appear for the UGC NET Exam. As you said that you have completed your M.Tech in ECE, so you can choose any relevant subject. Along with this, you must fulfill other eligibility criteria like:
