You can look for IGNOU, because in distance learning there are very rare universities which offer B. Ed or M.Ed, so IGGNOU is the best option.

You can do B.Ed. For this, you can apply for the course through distance education. There are lots of colleges providing distance education, you just select a good one and apply. You can even visit shiksha.com for the same.
