I have completed my MA in English literature and I got 6 bands overall. Can I apply in any Canadian college for HRM?

What you plan to study is not relevant to your education background. You must convince the university why you want to study HRM after pursuing your MA. Have a clear picture of what you want our career to be like and convey the same to the university in the form of a SOP. Your IELTS is also low, 6.5 is required for PG courses. In addition, you must have above 55% in your studies.
