I have completed my Masters in biotechnology in 2015. Can I apply for MBA without any entrance examination?

Yes. You can acquire as many degrees as you would want to, but then you should possess minimum qualifying percentage for the course of study. MBA colleges in India are either accepting admissions through entrance exams or without any entrance exams.
