After an MBA, there is hardly no need to do any other courses. Degrees does not gaurantee jobs or success. You need to check whether you posses the skills and competencies required by the industry or not. Rgds, Dr. Anand Wadadekar, Founder & CEO Discovering Careers

You may look for opportunities to do a PhD. You may also top your self up with some certification courses.

Dear Rajesh, MBA is in itself full fledged programme covering all the aspects of managment, still if you are looking something for knowledge enhancement in the same field which you are working now or intended to work in future according to your interest.

Since your question is too vague, and going by usefulness of a course at this present time, From my experience I would suggest to go for a course on the analytics topic. and preferably from Jigsaw Academy. There are various analytics topic like
1. Hadoop
2. Big Data
3. SAS
4. SPSS
5. R
6. Machine L
