You may look for opportunities to do a PhD. You may also top your self up with some certification courses.

Dear Rajesh, MBA is in itself full fledged programme covering all the aspects of managment, still if you are looking something for knowledge enhancement in the same field which you are working now or intended to work in future according to your interest.
