I have completed my MBA in the year 2013 from Mahatma Gandhi University but still have not received the degree, can I enroll myself for PhD?

I've scored 63% in MBA.

    Yes, you can enrol yourself for Ph.D on the basis of the provisional certificate which can be obtained from your current college. it will be even better if you can contact your college for the detailed information about this.
