I have completed my MSc. Can I join any certification course for fashion designing?

Yes you can. NIFT also offers various courses like textile design, fashion n communication etc . Even NID has few great courses on industrial design.

Normally they donot have any limit for diplomas but you have to check for the specific ones u are looking for.
