Minimum qualification for UGC NET requires a Master's degree. So that makes you eligible.

Hi UGC NET Educational Qualification Requirement Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Masters Degree or equivalent from recognised universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this test.
