On the basis of your performance in PG you can apply for Ph.D The best option is IISc, IIT, BHU, Annamalai, Kakatiya University, JNU and University of Delhi First you should appear for NET conducted by UGC with JRF so you will get around 13000 stipend while doing your Ph.D
