I have completed my SSLC in 1999, can I directly apply for degree? I'm 42 years.

    Yes sir, you can apply for degree in almost every college in India since there is no age restrictions for pursuing Bachelors in India. The Education Department is supporting individuals who are wanting to achieve degrees in various subjects and various genres.
