I have completed my std10 and currently pursuing my second year Diploma ECE. Do i stand chance to pursue my bachelor's degree in the US/CA .

Also mention my other eligibility criteria and also throw light upon the SAT exam( by when i should take it to apply for a course starting Aug 2013

Hi, Sorry to inform you but you are only eligible to pursue a PG diploma from US/Canada. You are not eligible for a a bachelors degree as you have not pursued class 12th. Since you are eligible for a PG diploma, i would recommend pursuing the same in India only as alot of cost would be involved to p
