I have completed my Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM (National Council PUSA). How can I convert this to a Bachelors Degree.

I have completed my Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Bhubaneswar (National Council PUSA). This was post 10+2. How can I convert this to a Bachelors Degree. Is there any specific cource that I can do to convert this diploma to a Degree within minimal time (may be a year or so).
