I have completed only the first 2 years of my BCOM in the year 2005-2006 but for some reason, I couldn't complete the final year. Advice plz

All the centrally recognised as well as State Universities provide for the continuation of Studies for students if they have dropped for any reason. It depends from which college you've persued the Course, but most probably you can complete the final year and get your degree.
