    Absolutely yes, completing a postgraduate degree (PG) doesn't disqualify you from pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).Many candidates opt for PGDCA after PG to gain technical skills and boost their career prospects in IT, data science, or software development.

    You must have a Bachelor degree with 50 to 60 % marks

    Yes, you can get admission in PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application) course after completion of post graduation. For this you can apply in different universities or colleges and also apply throw CUET PG or university-specific exams. 
    First you should give exam and then you can apply in universities according to your marks.
