No any distance, even most of the full time PG Diploma are not equivalent to a Masters degree, hence, you are not eligible to apply for any M.Phil program. You may pursue an MBA or a Masters program such as MA education and then you can pursue M Phil. Please note that you can pursue M.Phil only in t
