Dear Smita,
Instead of BE/B.Tech you should go for BCA/BSc -IT/CS through Distance Learning if regular is not possible.
Duration of BCA/BSc-IT/CS is 3 years but with your Engineering Diploma you will get admission directly in IInd Year under Lateral Entry scheme which will save your year.
