i have completed post grad. in eco but with 50% hav 1yr exp in banking secter sud i go for MBA or else will b suitable for me (grad B.com)?
want to grow further in banking sector will a MBA degree from distance learning will be helpfull for me? or anything much better to go further in this sector.

If you want to continue with the banking sector, MBA or CAIIB will do. But if you have research aptitude, you should go for a PhD.
