Dear Hemanth, Eligibility for MBA is Graduation So with diploma you are not eligible for MBA. Many Autonomous institutes and private universities offer admission to Diploma candidates but it is not valid for Govt jobs and higher education. Better you complete graduation first and then go for MBA
